Bob's Bio

Bob is a certified public accountant with nearly 28 years of tax experience and has spent his entire career in Silicon Valley.  His early career was spent working in public accounting for companies like KPMG and Deloitte, as well as large regional firms, which catered to large, publicly-held companies as well as start-ups.  After leaving Deloitte in 2002, Bob worked in tax management roles (mostly as the lead tax role) at various publicly-held companies such as Logitech, Electroglas, The PMI Group, and most recently, Ruckus Wireless where he was part of the team that took the company public and subsequently assisted in the sale and migration to Brocade Communications in 2016.  In late 2016, Bob left Brocade to begin his own tax practice in San Jose to cater to smaller clients often neglected or underserved by larger public accounting firms.  Bob holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting as well as a Master’s degree in taxation from San Jose State University and is a member of the American Institute of CPAs and the California Society of CPAs.
